Terms & Conditions
Welcome to MinxySips! By booking a Shimmer & Sip Tumbler Party workshop or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before securing your booking.
1. Booking Deposit & Guest Count

Deposit: A deposit of $160 is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. This deposit covers the host and your first three guests (four participants total). Please note that the $160 deposit is a fixed minimum booking fee for the workshop event; it remains non-reducible and fully payable even if fewer than 4 participants attend on the day.

Additional Guests: Any additional participants beyond the initial four will be charged at a rate of $40 per head, up to a strict maximum of 10 participants total per workshop.

Payment: Fees for additional guests must be paid directly at the venue before the workshop begins.
2. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy
Because we reserve your specific date on our calendar and prepare custom materials ahead of time for your workshop, we enforce a strict notification window for refunds and changes:

7 Days or More Notice: Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled party date are eligible for a full 100% refund of your deposit.

Between 6 Days and 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit.

Less than 48 Hours Notice: Deposits are completely non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. However, we are happy to help you reschedule your workshop to a new available date within 90 days of the original booking.

Cancellations by MinxySips: In the rare event that MinxySips must cancel a scheduled workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or severe weather, the host will be notified immediately and offered the choice of a full 100% refund of their deposit or priority rescheduling to a new available date.
- Termination or Suspension: MinxySips reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any workshop, at our sole discretion, if the environment becomes unsafe, or if our staff experiences threatening, hostile, or inappropriate behaviour from the host or any guests. In the event a party is shut down early due to safety or conduct violations, no refunds will be issued and the full booking cost will be forfeited.
3. Age Restrictions & Supervision

Our workshops are designed and optimised for participants aged 14 and older.

Adult supervision is strictly required for any participants under the age of 18 throughout the entire duration of the party.
4. Host Responsibilities & Venue Setup

Space Requirements: The host is solely responsible for providing adequate seating and table space to comfortably accommodate all guests and crafting materials.

Arrival: MinxySips will arrive approximately 30 to 45 minutes prior to your selected start time to set up. Please ensure the space is accessible at this time.

Liability: While we provide complete table protection and handle full cleanup of our crafting supplies, MinxySips is not liable for any accidental damage to the host's property, venue, furniture, or belongings during the setup, workshop, or pack-down process. Participants assume all personal liability for their actions during the event.
5. Custom Orders & Pre-made Purchases

All custom tumbler orders made to specification (including lava, full glitter snowglobe, waterfall, and "noglobe" styles) are final sale once production begins and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Pre-made tumblers purchased directly during a workshop are sold "as-is" and are final sale.
6. Changes to Terms
MinxySips reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will apply immediately to all bookings made after the date of modification. For questions regarding these terms, please contact us at minxysips@outlook.com.
